Important Information
Arrive before 11:30 AM for check-in. Early arrivals can use luggage storage until 12:00 PM.

YEDAB Buses (2 Apr): Departing from Izmir ADB Airport at 9:30 AM and 11:00 AM.
Havas Buses: Available at 6:30, 8:00, 10:00, 12:00, 14:00, 16:00 to Çeşme Otogar (100 min, 480 TL). Then taxi to hotel (~4 km, 5 min).
Return (4 Apr): YEDAB buses depart hotel to airport at 15:30.
Mandatory for all agents. Each school/corporation has 5 minutes to present.
PowerPoint is encouraged but not required. Projector, notebook, and HDMI connection available.
Login details will be sent via email. System closes 3 days before the event to finalize the agenda.
Updates and instructions will be shared via WhatsApp group.
